Ingredients

1 ½ ounces Wisher Beet Vodka
2 ounces soda water
2 fresh lime, wedges
dash of liquid stevia
Salt for the rim

Optional
1 ounce fruit juice, try pineapple, mango or blood orange

Instructions

Using a chilled coup glass or rocks glass, rim the glass with salt by running a lime wedge around the edge of the glass and dipping it in a small amount of salt. If using a rocks glass, fill with ice. In a cocktail shaker, combine Wisher, fresh lime juice for 2 wedges, and stevia with ice. Shake and stain into glass. Top with soda water.

Make it a spicy marg by muddling a few slices of fresh jalapeño in the bottom of a cocktail shaker before adding the other ingredients and garnish with cilantro.
