1 ½ ounces Wisher Beet Vodka
2 ounces Raspberry simple syrup
½ ounces lemon juice Cranberry juice, optional

Raspberry Simple Syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup raspberries


To make the ice cube, cut the tip off a raspberry and place it in the center of a 2-2.25" half sphere mold. Optional: use cranberry juice to color the water a faint pink. Fill the mold with water and freeze until solid.

To make the raspberry simple syrup, add the sugar and water to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, then add the raspberries. Bring to a simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain and let cool. Store in a glass jar with a tightly sealed lid and keep refrigerated.

To make the cocktail, in a cocktail shaker, add Wisher, raspberry simple syrup, and lemon juice with ice. Shake, strain into rocks glass with ice and top with the specialty ice cube.
