Spiced Apple Moscow Mule

Spiced Apple Moscow Mule


1 ½ ounces Wisher Beet Vodka
4 ounces apple cider
1 ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce spiced syrup
Fever Tree ginger beer
Apple slices and cinnamon stick for garnish

Spiced Syrup
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup water
3-4 cinnamon sticks
4-5 whole cloves 


In a shaker, combine Wisher, apple cider, lime juice, and spiced syrup. Add ice and shake well to chill. Strain the mixture into a copper mug filled with ice. Top it off with ginger beer to achieve your preferred level of sweetness. Give it a gentle stir and garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick. For the spiced syrup: In a saucepan, combine equal parts water and granulated sugar. Add 3-4 cinnamon sticks and 4-5 whole cloves. Bring it to a simmer, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool, then strain out the spices. Store the spiced syrup in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
