Spiced Apple Moscow Mule


2 ounce Wisher Beet Vodka
4 ounce apple cider
1 ounce fresh lime juice
½ ounce spiced syrup

Ginger beer
Apple slices and cinnamon for garnish



  1. In a shaker, combine vodka, apple cider, lime juice, and spiced syrup.
  2. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake well to chill the mixture.
  3. Strain the cocktail into a copper mug or a highball glass filled with ice.
  4. Top off the drink with ginger beer to your desired level of sweetness.
  5. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick for a lovely fall touch.
  6. Give it a gentle stir, and enjoy your Spiced Apple Moscow Mule!

*To make spiced syrup: In a saucepan, combine equal parts water and granulated sugar (e.g., 1 cup each). Add 3-4 cinnamon sticks and 4-5 whole cloves. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves. Let it cool, then strain out the spices. Store the spiced syrup in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. This cocktail offers a delightful blend of spiced apple and the refreshing zing of a classic Moscow Mule. Enjoy responsibly and savor the flavors of the season!
