Ingredients

1 ½ ounces Wisher Beet Vodka
½ ounce elderflower liqueur
Splash of simple syrup
Fresh mint
Tonic, optional

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves. Add ice, Wisher, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top off with tonic water and garnish with fresh mint.
