2 cups Wisher Beet Vodka 4 cups grapefruit juice Rosemary simple syrup Seltzer water Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish
Rosemary Simple Syrup ½ cup water ½ cup sugar 2 rosemary sprigs
To make the rosemary simple syrup, heat water and sugar together in a small pot until the sugar is completely dissolved. Be careful not to bring it to a boil. Once dissolved, remove from heat and add one sprig of rosemary. Allow it syrup to steep for 20 minutes to an hour. Remove the rosemary sprig and let the syrup cool.
In a pitcher, mix Wisher, grapefruit juice, and the rosemary simple syrup with ice. Serve the mixture in a rocks glass over ice and top it off with seltzer. Garnish with fresh rosemary.
