Combine all ingredients in shaker, shake with ice, strain into chilled glass. Garnish with pickled cranberries.
For Cranberry Shrub
8oz fresh cranberries
3/4c white wine vinegar
1 cinnamon stick
1/4tsp whole clove
1/4tsp black peppercorn
In pot combine vinegar, water, sugar, sachet tied with spices inside. Bring to boil and then reduce to a simmer. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add cranberries and simmer for 5 minutes until the skin begins to burst and the berries soften. Remove from heat and transfer to glass jar. Keep refrigerated for 1-2 weeks.
