1 ½ ounces Wisher Beet Vodka 2 ounces fresh pear juice 2 ounces Fever Tree ginger ale 1 teaspoon ginger sage simple syrup Sage leaf for garnish
Ginger Sage Simple Syrup ½ cup sugar ½ cup water 2 teaspoon grated ginger 3 sage leaves
For ginger sage simple syrup, combine water, sugar, ginger, and sage leaves in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Be sure to continually whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Once combined and simmering, remove from heat and let sit for 5-10 mins for the flavors to absorb. Strain and store until use.
For the cocktail, In a mixing glass with ice and mix Wisher, pear juice, ginger ale, and ginger sage simple syrup. Pour mixture into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a sage leaf.
