Ingredients

1 ½ ounces Wisher Beet Vodka
1 cup Maria Verde Mix
Tajin for the rim Celery stalks for garnish

Maria Verde Mix
1 pound tomatillo - dehusked, decored, and quartered
1 cucumber
2 cloves garlic
1 jalapeño
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon celery seed
green hot sauce to taste 1 lime

Instructions

In a blender, add tomatillos, cucumber, garlic, jalapeño, salt, cumin, celery seed, and green hot sauce to taste. Also, add the juice from 1 lime. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. In a shaker, mix Wisher and Maria Verde Mix with ice. Rim a glass with Tajin. Fill the glass with ice and pour the cocktail into the glass.
