1 ½ ounces Wisher Beet Vodka 1 ounce Turmeric Thyme Syrup 1 ounce lemon juice ¼ ounce Pernod liqueur

Turmeric Thyme Syrup ¾ cup sugar ¾ cup water 1 teaspoon turmeric 5 thyme sprigs
To make the Turmeric thyme syrup, combine water, sugar, turmeric, and thyme sprigs in a pot. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the pot from the heat and let the syrup steep for 15 minutes. Once done, chill the syrup in the fridge. In a rocks glass, add Pernod and thyme sprigs.
In a shaker with ice, add Wisher, lemon juice, and the thyme and turmeric syrup. With a long match or lighter, carefully light the Pernod and thyme in the rocks glass to release the thyme oils and aromas. While the Pernod and thyme are lit, shake the cocktail ingredients in the shaker. Strain the cocktail into the rocks glass to extinguish the flame. Add a large ice cube to the glass. Garnish the cocktail with a lemon wedge and a sprig of thyme.
