1 ½ ounces Wisher Beet Vodka ½ ounce pure maple syrup 2 ounces water (flat or sparkling) 1/8 tsp smoked paprika for shaker (extra for the rim) 10 frozen blackberries Angostura bitters
For the smokey rim, spread paprika on a small plate. Use water to moisten the edge of a rocks glass, then dip in paprika. In a cocktail shaker with ice, add Wisher, maple syrup, water, smoked paprika, and 2 dashes of bitters. Shake well and pour over ice and frozen blackberries. Top with one last dash of bitters.
