Ingredients
2 cups Wisher Beet Vodka 
½ ounce apple cider shrub 
½ ounce maple syrup, thinned 
3 ounces chai tea 
Dehydrated apple slice for garnish 
Apple Cider Shrub 
1 ¼ cup peel and grated apple 
1 cup apple cider vinegar
 ¾ cup sugar
1 cinnamon stick
¼ teaspoon ground cloves 
Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine Wisher, apple cider shrub, maple syrup, chai tea, and egg. Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Add Ice to shaker and continue to shake for another 15-20 seconds. Double strain the cocktail into a coupe or Nick & Norah glass. Garnish with dehydrated apple slice.
To make Apple Cider Shrub: In a mason jar combine grated apple, apple cider vinegar, sugar and spices. Seal and liberally shake jar, refrigerate for 2-3 days. Strain the contents of the jar into a bowl, make sure to squeeze the grated apple to release all available liquid. Transfer contents to a new jar or bottle and keep on refrigerator for up to 3 months.
For thinned maple syrup, bring water to a simmer and add to pure maple syrup in a 1:2 part ratio to thin maple syrup.
