Bloodmoon Berry Elixir


  • 2.5oz Wisher Vodka
  • 0.5 cranberry shrub*
  • 0.5oz Dolin Blanc or any Dry White Vermouth
  • 0.25oz grenadine 

    Combine all ingredients in shaker, shake with ice, strain into chilled glass. Garnish with pickled cranberries. 

For Cranberry Shrub

  • 8oz fresh cranberries
  • 3/4c white wine vinegar
  • 1/3c water
  • 2/3c sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/4tsp whole clove
  • 1/4tsp black peppercorn 

    In pot combine vinegar, water, sugar, sachet tied with spices inside. Bring to boil and then reduce to a simmer. Stir to dissolve sugar. Add cranberries and simmer for 5 minutes until the skin begins to burst and the berries soften. Remove from heat and transfer to glass jar. Keep refrigerated for 1-2 weeks.
