Meet the panelists:
Warren Calove
Warren is the co-founder of LegalSYS, a smart contract platform to stake tokens in trust for charities and other beneficiaries. Apart from blockchain development, he is an experienced automation engineer who has worked with multiple complex systems in manufacturing, digital rights, and electronic health. He also holds a Juris Doctor and reserves the right to practice law in the metaverse.
Garrett L. Kinkelaar
Garrett L. Kinkelaar focuses his practice in the areas of tax law, corporate law, entity formation, and other transactional matters. Prior to joining Brown, Hay & Stephens in 2021, Garrett was a state and local tax attorney at an international law firm in Chicago, Illinois, providing business planning and counsel related to state taxation matters. Garrett graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in Champaign, Illinois, in 2019.
Jeff Aidikoff
Jeff is a Founding Partner at Bedsore.Law, a bedsore specialty litigation firm with offices throughout the western United States. Prior to co-founding Bedsore.Law, Jeff owned and operated Aidikoff Law, a nursing home abuse litigation practice based out of Southern California.
In 2019 and 2021, Jeff was recognized by Super Lawyers as an Up-and-Coming 100 Southern California Rising Star, a list limited to only 100 attorneys throughout Southern California. Jeff has also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2015 - 2021). He is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and is a Top 100 Trial Lawyer and a Top 40 Under 40 recipient for the National Trial Lawyers organization. Jeff also served on the Boards of Directors for several non profit organizations between 2015 and 2019.
Varun Chandrasekaran
Varun is a compliance professional with 10 years in the industry. Previously, he worked at The Red Flag Group (later acquired by Refinitiv) as a consultant, advising companies on how to build anti-corruption compliance programs, and subsequently, as a Product Manager, where he led the development and release of their Compliance Managed Services offering.
