Ingredients

1 ½ ounces Wisher Beet Vodka
1 ounce coconut cream
¼ cup frozen pineapple
¾ ounce lime juice
½ ounce vanilla syrup
Fresh pineapple, cinnamon stick and edible flower for garnish

Optional Add Ins
¼ ounce elderflower liqueur
¼ ounce giner syrup
¼ ounce orgeat syrup
¼ ounce passion fruit syrup
¼ ounce mandarin orange syrup
¼ ounce espresso
½ ounce Amaretto liqueur
½ ounce Coffee Liqueur floater
½ ounce Dark Rum Floater

Instructions

In a blender, combine Wisher, coconut cream, frozen pineapple, lime juice, vanilla syrup and any additional add in ingredients. Blend until frothy and smooth. Pour into tiki glass. Add optional floater by poured over top of finished cocktail using a spoon to keep at the top. Garnish with fresh pineapple, a cinnamon stick and an edible flower.

Make without a blender, use a cocktail shaker with ice and replace frozen pineapple with 1 ounce pineapple juice.
